I was asked by the nice people at Computer Arts to be a part of the Designer Challenge for July's Web Design issue of Computer Arts Projects. We (3 designers) were asked to design a logo and homepage for a fictional Summer Soccer School for 10-14 year old boys and girls.
The logo was a simple and bold heart shaped football with a slab serif font relating to the numbers and names you find on football shirts. I designed the home page to be colourful, energetic, fun and edgy, almost as if designed by the kids themselves and not us adults.
